Suzie Fogarty is a dedicated educator, community advocate, and leader committed to strengthening schools and supporting students, families, and educators across our community.
With more than two decades of experience in education, Suzie has served as a classroom teacher, mentor, program coordinator, and adjunct professor. She has taught a wide range of students—from elementary classrooms to advanced high school courses such as AP Government and AP Psychology—and has worked closely with future educators, helping prepare the next generation of teachers.
Today, Suzie serves as a Strategic Development Manager at Smart Gen Society and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska Omaha, where she focuses on digital literacy, responsible technology use, and supporting both students and families in navigating today’s increasingly complex digital world.
Throughout her career, Suzie has built strong partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations. She has led innovative programs, supported diverse learners, and championed inclusive, student-centered environments where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
